Robert Mondavi Private Selection was looking to make more of its annual Art of the Skewer recipe contest. So we made it into a charming little cookbook with beautiful photography—the kind of gem you’d want to give as a gift, which is just what the delighted marketing group at Mondavi is doing with it.
